Pokémon June 2020 International Friendly Report
I participated in the Pokémon Sword and Shield June 2020 International Friendly. Unlike in the May 2020 International Challenge, I had proper teams in both of the games this time. But unfortunately, neither of my teams did well so I didn’t play that many games. Below are my final standings.
Pokemon Sword
In Pokémon Sword, I reused my team from the Pokemon May 2020 International Challenge. The report on it can be found here. My main strategy was to use Lapras to setup Aurora Veil and have Venusaur put other Pokémon to sleep.
Pokemon Shield
In Pokémon Shield, I made a new team consisting of the Pokémon shown below. My main strategy was to use Whimsicott to lower the Special Defense of opponent Pokémon using Fake Tears and have Dragapult or Duraludon get a OHKO with a Max move.
